Membership

Conditions:

  1. The member of the Society can become a person who is working as a perfusionist or if he/she is in the process of training, then a cardiac surgeon, anaesthetist or ECMO specialist who is interested in special problems connected with perfusion.
  2. Filling in the application form for the membership and mailing it to the address of the president of the Society.
  3. Payment of the membership 200 CZK to the account of the society in Komerční banka a.s., Václavské nám. 42, Praha 1, nr.: 19-2770240237/0100.

Filled up application form and confirmation of payment please send to  the conference secretariat (do not forget introduce your name for identification).
